FFV Constitutional Reform – Electoral Zones Confirmed

Friday, March 30 2007

One of the final cogs in Football Federation Victoria’s Constitutional Reform Process has been put in place with Football Federation Australia’s confirmation of electoral zones.

FFV are happy to announce that the eight (8) metropolitan and four (4) country zones have been defined and approved by the national body.

“This is one of the final steps in what has been an exhaustive and historic process for our game,” says Football Federation Victoria President Vasko Stojcevski.

“We have worked closely with FFA and all of our stakeholders to deliver what we are confident are the very best outcomes for the game moving forward.”

Mr.Stojcevski explains that final implementation of the continuing constitutional reform of the game can now proceed.

“We are excited by the completion of this important part of the process and we now look to our new Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mark Rendell, coming on board shortly to drive the process forward, something we are confident he will do very well given his successful implementation of similar reform during his time with Bowls Australia.”

FFV will soon provide member clubs with confirmation of which electoral zone under which they fall.
